Some information requests include a service fee. Also, certain requests must require a properly completed and signed Authorization for Release of Personal Information form submitted by the person whose record is being requested.

The Fayette County Court Clerks keeps all court records. If you went to court and you received a sentence, probation, etc., this is considered the court disposition information and you will need to get this information from the court of record related to the matter.
